Process EngineerSouth Limerick €40-45K INFORM3 are recruiting for a Process Technician for our successful Manufacturing client based in County Limerick where you will be responsible for working with the Senior Injection Moulding Process Engineers and other members of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities Include: Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, moulds, auxiliary equipment and employees.Perform mould set up and colour changes to meet production demands as needed.Troubleshoot mould processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.Set moulding process parameters to ensure product meets dimensional and quality requirements.Provide technical assistance to moulding technicians and operators.Ensure compliance to all moulding area related procedures, policies and work instructions.Participate in and support the Quality Management System.Support new tool design and development.Air, Water and Material supply to Moulding Machines to be used, monitored and maintained to the highest Standards.
PM's to be carried out as needed.Preventative maintenance approach to be taken with regards to Injection Moulding machine and all axillary equipment.
Ensuring PM plans as per machine supplier recommendations is maintained to the highest level of asset care.Experience Required: Degree or Equivalent with 2+ years' experience in Engineering.Knowledge and understanding of Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Electrical Systems.Experience working within Injection Moulding.Excellent Verbal and Non-Verbal Communications.Understanding of Manufacturing Processes.Ability to work on your own and within a team environment."Can-do" attitude.This role will involve working straight days Monday to Friday with the option of staggered starting times from 7am onwards working 40 hours for the week.
