Overview

Projects & Change Manager HR PMO EMEA 12 month temporary role at Boston Scientific. This role can be located in any BSC hub location in EMEA (London, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Warsaw, Dusseldorf) & Galway. Travel required: 10-15%.


Responsibilities

* Drive HR projects supporting business initiatives; manage design, planning & implementation of projects: develop project plans outlining scope, work activity definition, timelines, roles and resources; identify and lead the implementation team including local country/ Flexpool & functional representatives; work with local country/Flexpool and functional team members to ensure that all supporting infrastructure including project guidelines, processes, training programs, organizational structure and new roles are developed and communicated.
* Provide updates to management and all stakeholders on progress through regular communications of findings via reports and meetings. Develop implementation strategy, appropriate close down and lessons learned. Ensure benefits realization and customer satisfaction of developed projects to HR and Business.
* Develop and lead change management strategies & partner with key stakeholders to develop tactics to enable change over the longer term, prioritising a collaborative approach.
* Develop comprehensive measurement tools (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the project.
* Develops recommendations: develop and deliver project recommendations to stakeholders; develop implementation strategy and plan. Provide regular communication to appropriate stakeholders.
* Support communication efforts through workshop facilitations, communication and training plans.
* Stakeholder management.
* Elevate issues and clear barriers to team progress. Quickly resolve conflicts and involve functional management as required.
* Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC’s Quality Policy, Quality System, and the applicable regulations for the area supported. Ensure employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.


Management Requirements

* Lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals – guide, coach, direct as applicable.
* Foster a diverse workplace that enables all participants to contribute to their full potential in pursuit of organizational objectives.
* Direct and control the activities and budget of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups, projects/programs and/or operations.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures (e.g. federal/country and regulatory requirements).


Required Knowledge & Experience

* Bachelor's degree plus 4-6 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
* Project Management experience of at least 5 years
* Ability and willingness to travel as required (10-15%)
* Must be eligible to work in Europe.
* Solid understanding of Change Management practises with excellent interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
