The culture encourages agility, ownership, resilience, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented mindset.The RoleAs a Maintenance / Production Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. You'll play a key role in supporting production teams, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st line technical support to production operationsTroubleshoot, optimize, and resolve equipment and machinery issuesPerform preventive maintenance on production machinesCarry out machine changeovers between product familiesComplete First Article Inspections and prepare associated reportsAttend Tier 1 Production Meetings and contribute technical inputWrite and maintain shift reports and technical documentationInterface with engineering, production, and product teams to resolve technical issuesProvide feedback on product performance, improvements, and recurring issuesSupport evaluation of new products and processesAssist with continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and proceduresAdhere strictly to safety, environmental, and company policiesParticipate in training sessions as requiredSupport ad-hoc technical and production projects as neededAbout YouYou're a hands-on, solutions-focused technician who enjoys troubleshooting and getting to the root cause of technical issues. You work well in a team environment and take pride in maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and documentation.Qualifications & Experience:Associate Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum 1–2 years' experience in a technician or manufacturing support roleStrong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skillsProven ability to identify root causes and provide clear evidence-based solutionsSkills & Competencies:Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and technical documentationBasic mathematical skillsComfortable using a PC for data entry, reporting, and documentationWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordShould you be interested in learning more, please apply directly or share your CV with
