(Assetminder experience an advantage)Allocate parts, oils and greases, and sundries items onto job cards.Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines is essential.Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.Management experience as part of a wider Parts teamGood problem solver.Full clean driving license – Class B.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Parts Operations: Provide an efficient service to the workshop technical staff by accurately identifying commercial vehicle parts using parts IT systems, and oversee the entire parts supply chain to meet workshop demands.Inventory & Stock Management: Strategically order, organise, and maintain optimal parts stock levels. Establish and enforce policies for inventory accuracy, including conducting and overseeing daily stock control checks.Facility Management: Oversee and maintain department housekeeping duties, ensuring a safe, clean, and organised working environment compliant with NVD policies.Workshop & Driver Relations: Oversee and coordinate the handling of walk-in driver queries at the workshop for ancillary items/PPE, ensuring exceptional service.Process Improvement & Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports on inventory, performance, and projects as needed. Proactively identify and implement areas for continuous improvement for parts processes based on data, experience, and driver feedback.Coordination & Compliance: Coordinate and consolidate NVD related material.
