Team Overview:
The Contracts department oversees the delivery and execution of projects from initial deployment through to completion and handover. Acting as the bridge between design, commercial, and on-site teams, the department ensures that all contractual obligations are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. With a focus on planning, resource coordination, and problem-solving, the Contracts team plays a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Role Overview:
The Process Quality Engineer (PQE) is responsible for ensuring that prefabricated plant rooms, modular assemblies, and data centre modules are manufactured to the highest quality standards. This role focuses on process control, quality assurance, risk mitigation, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement across fabrication, assembly, testing, and dispatch operations.
The PQE will work closely with Production, Engineering, Design, Supply Chain, Health & Safety, and Project Management to build and maintain predictable, repeatable, and high‑performance manufacturing processes.

What You'll be Doing
Responsible for end-to-end quality assurance across modular manufacturing, including development of control and inspection plans, execution of inspections and FATs, and control of nonconforming outputs. Leads root cause analysis and CAPA to reduce variation, scrap, and rework while improving FPY through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintains and improves QMS documentation, supports audits, calibration, and ISO 9001 compliance, and drives process mapping and digitalisation. Works cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, HSE, and Supply Chain to embed quality into design, assembly, safety, and supplier performance. Coaches and supports quality inspectors to make balanced, commercially aware decisions that protect both product quality and production efficiency.
