Our cloud contact centre engineer will lead the design, implementation and ongoing support of cloud-based communication solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop advanced call routing mechanisms integrated with artificial intelligence tools to drive superior customer interactions.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert consultation and support to business units and IT management.
* Customise desktop applications to empower contact centres with efficient tools and a unified interface for managing customer interactions across multiple channels.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in contact centres is preferred.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* A working knowledge of agile methodologies is advantageous.
