Responsibilities Manage customer complaints and rejects, implementing effective corrective actions. Oversee and improve the Integrated Management System. Collaborate with Manufacturing to maintain Quality Assurance and process control standards. Lead customer and external audits to ensure compliance. Train, mentor, and develop Quality Team members across sites. Promote a culture of quality and monitor progress against key metrics and goals. Represent the company in customer interactions, site visits, and quality reviews.
