Meetings and Events Sales
The primary goal of this role is to sell and execute hotel events and weddings.
Main Responsibilities:
* Plans and manages events and weddings, integrating team-based service for a successful event.
* Coordinates and communicates with customers and hotel operations for the details of the event.
* Attains post-event feedback and maintains customer relationships throughout the event process.
Key Skills:
* Forecast group sleeping rooms and event revenue.
* Manage group room blocks and meeting space.
* Ability to effectively utilize hotel rooms and space inventories.
* Understanding of facility management as it relates to sanitation, maintenance, and operations.
* Effective communication and meeting skills.
