This is a varied role blendinghands-on IT support, project implementation, and technical leadership, with exposure to a broad technology stack.You'll be working across everything fromfirewalls and servers to Microsoft 365 & Azure cloud platforms, leading projects and providing L3 support while occasionally visiting customer sites. What You'll Be Doing:Acting as technical lead on infrastructure projects (server builds, firewalling, installs)Providing L3 support for escalated IT issues (Microsoft 365, Azure, SonicWall, Unifi, etc.)Supporting SMB customers with day-to-day IT needs – from password resets to project rolloutsInstalling kit, pulling cables, and setting up on-prem and cloud environmentsWorking with a wide range of vendors – HP, Dell, Cisco, CheckpointBalancing office, home, and customer site work as needed What You'll Bring:Strong technical background across Microsoft 365 & AzureHands-on experience with firewalls (SonicWall preferred), Unifi, and server buildsBroad knowledge of enterprise kit (HP, Dell, Cisco, Checkpoint)Comfortable juggling L3 support and project delivery in customer-facing environmentsDriving licence and vehicle (essential for occasional customer site visits)Certifications are a bonus but not essential – attitude and capability matter most The Setup:Hybrid working: 3 days in the Dublin office (Tues–Thurs), 2 days WFHOccasional site visits to customers (expenses covered)Collaborative team with opportunities to take on technical leadership The Package:€70,000–€80,000 base salaryBenefits package aligned with career growth and certification supportFlexibility, variety, and the chance to lead projects end-to-endIf you're a senior infrastructure engineer with a get-up-and-go attitude and want to combine technical depth with project leadership, this role is for you.Apply today and step into a position with variety, ownership, and growth.
