Occupational Therapist
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our mental health team.
* Deliver occupational therapy interventions to older adults with cognitive, physical, and mental health needs.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments with a focus on functional ability, cognitive function, and daily living skills.
* Develop and implement compensatory strategies that support autonomy and participation in meaningful activities.

Key responsibilities:
* Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments to identify older adults' strengths and challenges, developing tailored plans to promote their independence and wellbeing.
* Treatment Delivery: Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to address older adults' cognitive, physical, and mental health needs, fostering their participation in daily activities and improving overall quality of life.
* Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare professionals, family members, and caregivers, to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery.
