Shift Patterns
* Morning shift: Starting at 5am or 6am you will be stocking the shop floor and readying bakery products for opening time.
* Mid‑shift: Starting mid‑morning or early afternoon you will keep the store spotless, ensure products remain fresh and help customers on the tills.
* Late shift: From your afternoon start you will serve customers with a smile while on the tills, restocking missing items and preparing the store for the next day.
Responsibilities
* Interact with customers in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner.
* Ensure stock loss controls are followed.
* Maintain store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
* Follow freshness and rotation principles.
* Manage waste correctly.
* Assist in the stock count process.
Qualifications
* A can‑do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
* The willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
* Responsibility and reliability.
* Enjoy working in a fast‑paced, varied environment.
* A good team player.
* Previous experience in a customer‑facing role is preferred but not essential.
