Reporting directly to theHR Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the full spectrum of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage theHRIS system, ensuring accurate data entry and providing end-user support.
* Manage thefull recruitment lifecycle, including posting job ads, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
* Prepareemployment contracts and offer letters, ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
* Lead theonboarding and induction processfor new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company.
* Coordinatetraining and development plansand track employee progress.
* Support theperformance management process, including scheduling performance reviews and tracking goals.
* Maintain accurateemployee records, ensuring full compliance withemployment lawsandGDPRregulations.
Key Requirements
* Minimum3 years’ experiencein a HR role.
* Strong understanding ofIrish employment lawand HR best practices.
* Proficient inHRIS systems; experience withSage HRis highly desirable.
* Degree inHR or Business-related disciplinerequired;CIPD qualificationis an advantage.
* Excellentinterpersonal, communication, and organisationalskills with strong attention to detail.
* €40,000 – €45,000annual salary, plusperformance bonus
* Hybrid Working role –3 days Office and 2 days WFH
