About Our Food & Beverage Manager Role

* Maintain cost controls, staffing levels, and performance metrics while exceeding guest satisfaction benchmarks.
* Drive sustainability initiatives, partnering with local farms and implementing eco-friendly practices.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 35 years of experience in an F&B leadership role (ideally within a 4-star hotel).
* Proven success managing multiple F&B outlets or large-scale hotel restaurant operations.
* Excellent communication, team leadership, and guest-service skills.
* Financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, labor planning, and stock control.
