With a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer support andhigh-quality engineering services, our client collaborates with both local and international partners to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.They are now seeking to hire a Senior Buyer to join their Supply Chain Team.Key Responsibilities:International Sourcing, Purchasing, Logistics and Expediting.Determine requirements and take responsibility for the procurement of materialsin approved quantities.Maintain necessary records to reflect current open order status and expediteorders to ensure timely vendor delivery.Manage tight and changing timelines.Assist as necessary with Costings for new international terminal bids.Assist with calculating last time buy quantities for parts approaching End of Life.Fulfilment of Sample and Demo Hardware RequirementsTransacting of RMAs in OracleAd hoc urgent shipment outside of Oracle.File and retain Proof of Delivery for all shipments of terminalsRequirements:Previous Purchasing or Buyer experienceStrong systems experience, preferably OracleProficient in computer packages and technical applications.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactEoghan Daltoneoghan.dalton@collinsmcnicholas.ie0906478108
