Job Title: Third Party Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a Third Party Risk Management Specialist to lead our clients centralised vendor risk management processes, ensuring compliance, governance, and effective oversight of third-party relationships. This role is key in strengthening operational resilience and supporting business continuity through robust vendor risk assessment, monitoring, and offboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead vendor onboarding and ongoing risk assessments in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
2. Coordinate due diligence across stakeholders (including IT Security, Privacy, Legal, and Contract Owners).
3. Support Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), outsourcing, and operational resiliency requirements.
4. Maintain a comprehensive vendor inventory and monitor risk ratings using centralised systems.
5. Ensure performance monitoring of suppliers is conducted in line with risk tier and contractual obligations.
6. Escalate non-conformance, discrepancies, or risks to appropriate governance forums.
7. Coordinate vendor offboarding activities, ensuring compliance and closure of obligations.
8. Develop and maintain training materials for Contract Owners on third-party risk responsibilities.
9. Support internal audits and regulatory reviews relating to third-party management.
What We're Looking For
10. Education: Leaving Certificate and Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement).
11. Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
12. Excellent organisational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business areas.
14. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
