Job Description
We are seeking a skilled System Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the Global Service Now Team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless operational support to EU customers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Linux environments, performance tuning, cloud infrastructure, and scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Java Script.
* Develop tools in various programming languages to automate manual tasks and improve customer maintenance experience.
* Prioritize enhancements and bug fixes for large-scale automation projects involving patching, provisioning, and kick-start domains.
* Create procedures to accomplish maintenance where automation is not possible; drive resolution of root causes with internal team members.
