Full time – 39 hours per week (5 days including evenings, flexibility required)
Salary: €15.21 per hour
Working hours: 11:00 – 19:00 / 9:00 – 17:00 or requested late night openings

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Caretaker to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Facilities Management.

Responsibilities
* Be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of operations services and equipment to the agreed performance, quality, and financial standards.
* Undertake repairs to building fabric, services, and equipment as requested by the FM Manager.
* Ensure all areas, storage spaces, and equipment are maintained to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
* Supervise external contractors and ensure compliance with Sodexo and client procedures, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.
What you’ll bring
* A full clean driver’s licence (essential).
* A recognised trade qualification (e.g., electrical, plumbing, carpentry) is an advantage.
* Experience in facilities, maintenance, or caretaking roles, with the ability to undertake physical tasks, multitask, and prioritise workload effectively.
* A proactive, can-do attitude, strong timekeeping, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a larger team while maintaining excellent client relationships.
