Clarity is looking for a Store / Pharmacy Operations Manager for a busy pharmacy in Donegal .
What you need to know: This is a non-clinical, senior operational role responsible for ensuring the smooth and consistent running of a multi-site community pharmacy group (4 sites) .
You will work closely with the Managing Director to translate strategic direction into day-to-day operational execution, driving standards, efficiency, and profitability across the business.
Main responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations across a 7-day pharmacy business, ensuring consistency and performance visibility Coordinate Manager Pharmacists, Retail Supervisors, and their teams, including rotas, scheduling, and cover planning Lead performance management conversations fairly and consistently Build, maintain, and own the operational scorecard and SOPs Ensure high standards of regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and patient safety Manage digital operations, including eCommerce and online prescription services Maintain strong customer service and retail standards across all sites Drive financial performance through cost control, margin discipline, and operational efficiency Identify operational issues early and ensure timely resolution What we're looking for: A strong operational leader with a systems-driven mindset Confident managing people and holding teams accountable Organised, detail-oriented, and commercially aware Comfortable working closely with senior leadership to execute strategy Someone who thrives on coordination, follow-through, and operational excellence What we require: Minimum 3+ years' experience in pharmacy or multi-site healthcare retail operations Proven people-management and performance management experience Strong understanding of community pharmacy workflows and compliance Full driving licence and willingness to travel between sites Salary is negotiable and based on experience!
