Job Title: Customer Support Liaison
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a 12-month fixed term position as a Customer Support Liaison.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, supporting all aspects of order and demand management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process high volumes of urgent hospital demand orders with precision and speed under tight turnaround constraints.
* Coordinate medical device product delivery into hospital sites and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage sales and stocking orders in a timely and error-free manner.
* Proactively respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
