Job Title: Executive Assistant to the Directors & Project MangerCompany: Events & Hospitality Group (Multiple Venues)Location: Dublin, Ireland (In-Person)Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized, motivated Executive Assistant to support the directors of a fast-growing events and hospitality company operating multiple venues in Dublin. This is an in-person, hands-on role and a great opportunity for someone early in their career to gain real exposure to business operations, events, and entrepreneurship.You will work closely with the directors on daily operations, logistics, scheduling, and long-term projects, including setting up new businesses and venues. The role will sometimes involve travel and working weekends during busy event periods.Key Responsibilities Executive & Administrative SupportManage the CEO's calendar, meetings, site visits, and prioritiesCoordinate meetings with staff, suppliers, partners, and stakeholdersHandle inbox management, follow-ups, and task trackingPrepare notes, action lists, and operational summariesProjects & Business DevelopmentSupport long-term projects such as launching new venues or business conceptsTrack timelines, milestones, and deliverables across projectsAssist with planning, research, and coordination for new initiativesScheduling & LogisticsAssist with staff scheduling across multiple venuesCoordinate event logistics, timelines, and operational checklistsProvide on-site support during events when requiredPurchasing & OperationsResearch, order, and track supplies and equipmentLiaise with vendors and service providersHelp monitor inventory needs across venuesMarketing & Social Media SupportAssist with social media scheduling and coordinationSupport marketing calendars, promotions, and campaignsHelp with content posting and basic engagementCross-Venue SupportWork across multiple locations and projects simultaneouslyAdapt quickly to changing priorities and operational needsTake ownership of tasks from start to finishRequirements & Qualifications EssentialBased in or able to commute to DublinStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughComfortable working in person, with occasional travelFlexibility to work weekends during peak event periodsDesirable (Not Mandatory)Full, clean driving licenceInterest in events, hospitality, or business operationsExperience with scheduling, logistics, or project coordinationFamiliarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or similarWho This Role SuitsSomeone early in their career seeking hands-on business experienceA proactive self-starter who enjoys responsibility and problem-solvingSomeone who thrives in fast-paced, real-world environmentsAn organized individual who enjoys working across varied projectsWhat We OfferDirect mentorship and close collaboration with the CEOExposure to running and scaling multiple venues and businessesMeaningful responsibility and ownership of projectsStrong learning and growth opportunitiesCareer progression as the company expandsJob Type: Full-timePay: €14.30 per hourExpected hours: 35 per weekWork Location: In person
