Role Overview

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day store operations, including sales, staff management, customer experience, security, health & safety, stock management, and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure exceptional customer service delivery, meeting and exceeding targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Lead and manage a high-performing team, recruiting, training, coaching, and developing staff in line with company policies and procedures.
* Manage cash, wage costs, budgets, and systems administration, including inventory management and financial planning.
* Develop and implement Visual Merchandising strategies to drive business growth and engagement.
* Implement initiatives to improve store standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
* Develop strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to drive business results.
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of retail management experience, depending on store grade.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, people management, and leadership abilities.
* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and impact the bottom line.
* A strong product knowledge base and proficiency in IT, including Excel, Email, and SAP.
* A 3rd Level Business/Retail Management Qualification is desirable but not essential.
