We are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis from October to mid-January. This role is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data entry and management using Excel
* General office administration, mail merge & filing
* Supporting day-to-day office operations
* Assisting team members with tasks as required
Requirements:
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Must be available to work on-site in Thurles (no remote working)
