Commercial Operations Executive
Dublin 8 - Hybrid (2 days onsite) - 12 Month Contract - Start Date: ASAP - Salary of €40,000 per annum
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Commercial Operations Executive to join our clients team. Whatever your title now, we are looking for candidates with extensive numerical administration experience, with strong focus on data, reporting and numbers. This role contributes to the strategic direction of their organisation and plays a key role in overseeing their commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyse performance reports for key stakeholders.
* Implement and manage a robust governance framework for their commercial operations.
* Document/record management and control processes and structures throughout their life cycle.
* Assist the financial manager in the administration and management of overall revenue collections and internal controls, financial processes and reporting.
* Supporting the audit of commercial operators and its external service providers.
* Liaison with internal and external stakeholder parties including service providers, outsourced operators, statutory bodies, auditors and government departments.
* Developing and maintaining productive working relationships with management team, members of staff, external operators, Government Departments and Local Authorities.
* Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure optimum project delivery and value.
* Undertaking such tasks, activities or other duties as may be required or assigned as appropriate to the grade.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A relevant third-level qualification (e.g., business, accounting, or similar) or related experience - minimum 5 years.
* Experience with business performance reporting and data management.
* Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, numerical and IT skills.
* Some experience in finance and accounting procedures, including reporting and data analysis.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Familiarity with the culture and organisation of state agencies and operators.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Remuneration Package
* This is a 12 month contract, with a fixed salary of €40,000, paid weekly,
* 37.5h working week, 23 days annual leave
* Hybrid Working Model - 2 days onsite 3 days WFH
