Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff.
About the Role:
You will ensure onboarding and offboarding compliance, champion Training and Development initiatives to maximize employee potential and performance, and assist with HR Administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. As a trusted advisor to the hotel management team, you will provide strategic HR insights.

Requirements:
* 1-year experience in Human resources
* Experience or exposure to Recruitment and selection
* Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning
* Desirable: experience in the hotel or hospitality industry
