OverviewLead on the Europe FOBO Comms agenda and support the delivery of the Triple 15 agenda (IB) in partnership with the Europe FOBO CEO and Leadership Team. This is a newly created role to support this newly created OU as part of Next Chapter. This role will help elevate our beverage comms agenda across key Europe FOBO markets with key focus on: 1) Strategic Comms for Europe FOBO GM/LT team, 2) Overall responsibility for Brand PR across key FOBO markets including UK and Nordics. ResponsibilitiesLead on the strategic communication agenda and needs of the Europe FOBO (IB Region) CEO and Leadership Team.Lead on Brand PR agenda for our beverage business with focus on UK as a key anchor market as well as Nordics and other relevant FOBO markets.Act as a communications partner/advisor to Europe FOBO Franchise teams especially with regards to relevant bottler communications and engagements.Lead on the development of strategic communications plans for Europe FOBO covering a range of topics including: business strategy and performance, digitalisation, change and transformation, sustainability initiatives.Enable the delivery of the IB Strategic Communications agenda within Europe FOBO.Support in crisis communucations across key Europe FOBO markets in partnership with both EMEA and IB Comms teams.QualificationsExcellent writing and communication skills.High level strategic thinkingAbility to engage and influence teams across different geographiesInclusivityCommunucation skills.Campaign planning and management.This role will work across geographies and teams and will require a candidate able to navigate different cultures and ensure the delivery of a cohesive communication agenda across the OU.
