Our Purpose is to inspire transformative digital change for our customers and communities.About The RoleThe Vendor Management & Outsourcing Analyst supports the execution of the Vendor Management and Outsourcing Oversight Framework for EML Group with specific support to EML Money DAC, an Irish Electronic Money Institution (EMI). The Vendor Management & Outsourcing Analyst ensures the effectiveness of vendor management across the Group and ensures that EML Money DAC complies with CBI outsourcing guidance, EBA outsourcing guidelines, and DORA.What You'll DoSupport implementation and embedding of the vendor management lifecycle framework in EML in collaboration with Compliance, Risk, Legal, IT, and Operations.Coordinate vendor onboarding and supporting Business Owners with vendor selection, due diligence and issue resolution.Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements relating to third-party risk management and maintaining regulatory registers (including Outsourcing and DORA register submission to the CBI).Lead periodic vendor assessments and ongoing due diligence of critical outsourced providers ensuring they continue to meet risk, compliance and performance requirements.Manage assessment outcomes, identify risks or control gaps, escalate issues as appropriate, and track remediation actions with Business Owners through to completion.Support management reporting on vendor management and outsourcing risk and complianceQualificationsMinimum 3-4 years' experience working with vendors and outsourced service providers in a regulated financial services environmentKnowledge and experience applying CBI Outsourcing Guidance, EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing, and DORAExperience maintaining outsourcing or regulatory registers and supporting regulatory notifications or submissionsPractical experience executing vendor risk assessments, due diligence, and ongoing oversight activitiesExcellent communication skills and confidence engaging with senior stakeholdersHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independentlyA self-starter mindset with the maturity to work flexibly during delivery-focused periodsWhat's In It For YouRecharge and Give Back: 25 days annual leave, 2 volunteering days, your birthday off - plus 5 extra 'Take5' days when you've used your core leave Hybrid working (at least 2 days in the office)Private Health Insurance Pension with 5% company contribution Employee Assistance Program Income Protection and Life Insurance
