Our client, a well-established and growing business operating within the automotive sector, is seeking to appoint an experienced Financial Controller or Head of Finance to join its senior leadership team.This is a key strategic hire offering the opportunity to take ownership of the finance function within a commercially driven and fast-paced environment.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, the successful candidate will play a central role in financial reporting, commercial analysis, operational performance, and supporting continued business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the day-to-day finance functionOversee monthly management accounts, reporting, budgeting and forecastingProvide commercial and operational financial insight to senior leadershipEnsure robust financial controls, compliance, and governance processesMonitor cashflow, reconciliations, and financial performance across the businessSupport strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement initiativesLiaise with external auditors, advisors, and key stakeholdersMentor and support members of the finance teamRequirementsQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)Previous experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership roleStrong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skillsExperience within the motor, automotive, environment advantageousMust hold an Irish / EU passport or stamp 4 visa
