This role will suit someone who enjoys building connections, driving engagement, and creating an inclusive workplace culture, while still being confident across generalist HR duties. You'll join a supportive HR team of six, reporting directly to the HR Manager. It's a close-knit, collaborative environment where cultural fit and strong communication skills are as important as technical HR knowledge. Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and employees to support engagement, wellbeing, and internal communication initiatives. Contribute to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion projects and help embed best practices across the organisation. Provide hands-on HR generalist support across recruitment, employee relations, and day-to-day queries. Assist with HR projects designed to improve employee experience and strengthen company culture. Act as a trusted first point of contact, ensuring a positive and people-focused HR service. Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment and onboarding processes. Lead employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, using feedback and data to drive improvements. Support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programmes across the organisation. Coordinate internal HR communications to align with company values and culture. Contribute to HR projects focused on continuous improvement, efficiency, and employee experience. What You'll Bring Minimum of 3 years' HR experience, ideally in a generalist role. A strong background in softer HR skills such as engagement, comms, wellbeing, or DEI. Hands-on, approachable style with the ability to build trust quickly. A degree and/or CIPD qualification is preferred, but strong experience will be considered Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practice. Demonstrated experience managing employee relations with professionalism and sound judgment. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
