Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Engineer to join our organization in Carlow.
Main Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of facility services.
2. Maintain optimal facilities services to maintain permanent inspection readiness state.
3. Support continuous improvement through project participation and incident investigation.
4. Develop and execute change control related to engineering functions.
5. Participate in Lean initiatives like Gemba and Kaizen events.
6. Ensure compliance with global policies, regulations, and cGMP practices.
7. Evaluate compliance via documentation completion and risk assessments.
8. Escalate issues to relevant stakeholders and support resolution.
9. Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs).
10. Support site reliability and calibration programs.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project activity support.
As a successful Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities operate efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with various departments to deliver high-quality services and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
