You'll work on exciting transformation programmes that make a real impact on how organisations operate.
From designing future-ready structures to embedding cultural change, this is your chance to help clients evolve and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Your key responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of organisation design and change management projects.
Collaborating with teams to implement project plans and deliverables.
Applying project management skills to support transformation initiatives.
Contributing to the development of operating models and business readiness plans.
Working closely with clients to understand their needs and co-create solutions.
Supporting the growth of the People Consulting practice.
Skills and attributes for Success
Experience using relevant tools, templates and methodologies.
Strong personal impact and ability to influence stakeholders.
Practical problem-solving skills and a pragmatic mindset.
Ability to analyse complex challenges and deliver sustainable solutions.
Focused on achieving project goals and overcoming barriers.
Experience across the full project lifecycle.
Ideally, You'll also have
A degree and relevant professional experience.
Passion for organisation design and people engagement.
Ability to quickly understand complex business problems and develop solutions.
