What You'll Do
Lead and develop two high-performing Solutions Consultants across EMEA.
Partner with Sales Leadership to make pre‑sales a growth engine—not a support function.
Own the client‑facing story: demos, Po Vs, and technical solution proposals that close deals.
Turn complex requirements into elegant, scalable solutions that work in the real world.
Act as the trusted advisor sales and clients rely on through every stage of the journey.
Feed insights back into Product and Engineering, helping shape what's next.
What You Bring
Proven leadership experience—have managed or mentored technical or pre‑sales professionals.
5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Pre‑Sales for complex Saa S or platform solutions.
Strong mix of technical depth and commercial savvy—fluent in both code and conversation.
Confident communicator—simplify, persuade, and inspire.
Based in or around Dublin, with the ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite).
