Role Purpose
As a Fleet Administrator, you will be responsible for the efficient coordination and administration of a company's fleet of vehicles.
Your role will involve overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of all fleet vehicles.
Monitor and track vehicle movements, usage, and availability.
Communicate with drivers to address their needs, provide support, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Ensure all fleet-related documentation, such as insurance, registrations, and permits, is up-to-date and in compliance with local and federal regulations.
Implement and maintain fleet management software to track vehicle data and streamline administrative processes.
Analyze data and generate reports on fleet performance, maintenance costs, and usage patterns.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve fleet operations.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance fleet efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Provide support during emergencies, accidents, and breakdowns, ensuring timely assistance to drivers and quick resolution of issues.
Collaborate with HR and training departments to provide drivers with necessary training, such as safety protocols and best driving practices.
