Overview Of Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a challenging and growing sector of our business.
The successful candidate will be positioned within the trade-in and circular economy operations team and will work on supporting the business by handling and processing pre-owned devices for repurpose.
Main Responsibilities Are Not Limited To But Will Include
* Support for handling and processing stock lines, typically mobile handsets, on trade-in management software.
* Visually inspect and grade mobile devices as per company information.
* Use multiple software packages to data cleanse and test mobile devices.
* Process, list and document device information for recycling purposes.
* Pack devices and create sales lists.
* Partaking in stock takes when required.
* Report issues/variances immediately to management.
Requirements
Essential Skills
* Strong IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office.
* Ability to work under pressure within a team environment.
* Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills.
* High attention to detail, is able to learn quickly when facing a new challenge and developing new skills.
* Open to change, actively pursues different means to find solutions.
* Has time management skills, uses time effectively and efficiently.
* Is Results Focused & Action Oriented. Can be counted on to exceed goals.
