Team Introduction
The IT Asset Management team supports the management of all IT assets within the company, focusing on aspects such as cost, compliance, and efficiency to optimize asset management.
* Support management of all IT assets across the company and each Line of Business. Type II assets include all IT assets purchased through the company's Global Procurement (excluding data assets).
* Ensure asset management meets 100% of management and compliance requirements.
* Strive for optimal cost and process efficiency in asset management.
* Provide users with a highly adaptable operation and process experience.
* Maintain clear data on costs and usage, enabling managers and organizations to understand asset utilization.
* Utilize asset management data for classified data analysis to meet diverse business management needs.
Responsibilities
1. As a regional asset admin, support regional asset management, including implementing company asset policies, controlling key process nodes, and managing the entire asset lifecycle.
2. Understand global user scenarios and assist in optimizing management processes and usage strategies of IT assets.
3. Document the asset management system, formulate SOPs aligned with global standards, and guide front-line engineers.
4. Analyze asset data to prepare regular reports, aiming to improve management efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance asset utilization.
5. Assist in inventorying company IT assets, follow up on inventory results, and implement special inventory strategies for critical assets to ensure account accuracy.
6. Coordinate with the audit department to complete audits, ensuring compliance with process standards and audit requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher; IT technical background or experience preferred.
* Knowledge of information systems, application software maintenance, and basic IT hardware and software knowledge.
* Strong customer service orientation, communication skills, willingness to learn, team cooperation, and documentation abilities.
* Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) to communicate with overseas suppliers and users; overseas work or education experience is a plus.
* Strong sense of responsibility, meticulousness, logical thinking, initiative, and good communication and coordination skills.
