Job Opportunity: Building Information Modeller
The BIM Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring technical excellence across projects and opportunities, overseeing the pre-project phase through to detailed delivery.
* Design coordination of projects, including developing designs, producing workshop drawings, and managing interdepartmental coordination.
* Leading the pre-construction phase design processes, collaborating with clients and design teams.
* Auditing designs for inconsistencies, discrepancies, and missing information, as well as recording, reporting, and tracking progress.
* Managing the production and control of the design programme, reporting against it to stakeholders.
* Regularly reviewing the development of designs alongside stakeholders to ensure alignment.
* Overseeing the production and approval of samples, mock-ups, and quality benchmarks.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar construction sector role.
* Desirable: degree certification in a relevant subject.
* Knowledgeable in current building regulations and health and safety legislation.
* Passionate about design, committed to excellence, and focused on continuous improvement.
* High attention to detail and ability to stay focused.
* Excellent organisational skills, prioritising work effectively and delivering on time.
