Your Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and equipment in the production process efficiently and safely
* Assemble packaging materials and prepare items for dispatch
* Conduct visual quality checks to ensure products meet standards
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health & safety protocols
* Work collaboratively to achieve daily and weekly production targets
* Communicate clearly with team leaders and colleagues regarding workflow and improvements
