This role has a balance between on-site work in our warehouse, as well as being customer facing and visiting our customers at their own sites.

This role is Monday - Friday, full-time. A full driver's license is required.

While past experience in a similar role is beneficial, it is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude — willing to learn and with a solid technical background — and you'll fit right in.
The Role And Responsibilities
* Configure a variety of mobile/handheld end-user devices with the required software (training provided).
* Implement printer applications and solutions for our customers.
* Pre- and post-sales implementation of card print applications.
* Attend and carry out on-site printer support and repairs for our customers.
* Maintain accurate information on outgoing devices using our tracking system or customer asset registers.
* Check and receive incoming goods according to company procedures (training provided).
* Pick items on sales orders, making goods ready for packing and dispatch.
* Package finished and repaired goods for shipment.
* Work with the technical services team on proactive fixes and resolutions to customer issues.
* Arrange collection of goods from Clonmel and other locations using approved courier systems, ensuring correct delivery and collection addresses.
* Raise and issue device repair quotes to stakeholders.
* Process quote acceptances and manage subsequent steps in device repair.
* Handle device exchange requests promptly.
* Manage the return of faulty exchange devices through the proper channels.
* Liaise with couriers to ensure timely and accurate shipping and collections.
* Assist and support other operational staff and processes as needed.
