Role Overview
The main purpose of the role is to work as part of a team of Health Care Assistants, under the direction of the Nursing team, to provide quality person‑centered care to meet the needs of residents and support their independent living with privacy and dignity.
Responsibilities
* Provide quality person‑centered care to meet the needs of residents.
* Support residents to continue living independently with privacy and dignity.
* Promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice that meet the physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual needs of the residents.
Qualifications
* Previous experience or a relevant QQI Level 5 in Health Care Support is preferred but not essential. Further CPD available.
* Must be compassionate and have excellent interpersonal skills.
* Training will be provided to successful candidate.

Contract Details
Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Permanent. Schedule: 12 hour shift, 6 hours, and 9 hours.
