Support and Maintenance Coordinator
Our organization is seeking a Support and Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the Operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.
* Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate field service teams to resolve customer issues promptly
* Act as the first point of contact for support escalations and maintenance scheduling
* Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with internal teams and service partners
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage
* Communicate updates to customers, partners, and internal teams
* Escalate complex issues to technical support and engineering
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in technical coordination, field service, or maintenance planning, with strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with ticketing/helpdesk systems is also required. The successful candidate will be able to understand technical documentation and service reports, and provide clear communication and customer service skills.
