Responsibilities
Greeting & welcoming visitors/staff to Head Office in a professional and polite manner
Maintaining documents, records and archives
Operation of telephone switchboard in a professional manager
Supporting the administration & front office team with various tasks
Liaising with project sites nationwide and assisting with their requests
Other ad-hoc duties as required e.g., Printing, binding etc.
Manning our busy reception area.
Data entry and analysis
General office administration duties.
Requirements
Professional, proactive, organised approach with ‘can do’ attitude.
Experience in the construction industry would be a distinct advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work with changing deadlines.
Attention to detail.
High Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent level of attention to detail and organisation.
Ability to work on own initiative.
