Job Overview:
A field service engineer plays a crucial role in delivering on-site service engineering activities to customers, identifying and resolving complex product issues, and ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Manage service requests and determine customer needs or problems, responding effectively.
2. Provide expert consultation and advice to customers over the phone, scheduling repairs as needed.
3. Conduct preventive maintenance on products.
Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* 2-5 years of experience working as an FSE in the Semiconductor Industry.
* Experience with Lithography, Optics, Plasma, Laser, robotics, and mechanical systems under vacuum environments.
