Overview
Customer Service and Data Enrichment Advisor - Radius Telecoms role at Radius. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Telco Enrichment Agent to join our team in Galway, Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing and improving telecommunications data and services, ensuring the highest quality of information for customers and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
* Analyze and enrich telecommunications data to improve accuracy and completeness
* Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies in telecom records
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and implement enrichment processes
* Utilize various data sources and tools to enhance the quality and value of telecom information
* Develop and maintain databases to store and manage enriched data
* Create reports and visualizations to communicate data insights and improvements
* Assist in the development and implementation of data enrichment strategies
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data enrichment techniques
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving data-related issues
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of data enrichment processes and methodologies
Qualifications
* Proven experience in data analysis and enrichment, preferably in the telecommunications industry
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in database management and data manipulation techniques
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and Excel
* Familiarity with telecommunications systems and data structures
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
* Relevant telecommunications certifications (preferred)
* Customer service experience and a customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices
