About Your New Job
* Programme Development & Management: As the EPC Construction Programme Scheduler, you will develop fully integrated Tender Programmes using Primavera P6 or MS Project, translate tender schedules into Contract Programmes, and produce detailed Construction Programmes.
* Progress Monitoring & Client Reporting: Manage monthly updates of the construction programme, issue client reports including earned value analysis, and support the preparation of Extension of Time (EoT) claims.
* Resource & Cash Flow Planning: Develop and maintain labour and equipment resource schedules, generate cash flow forecasts, and integrate procurement schedules with construction milestones.
* Communication & Coordination: Interface with Project Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and the Commercial Team, lead planning workshops, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Programme Governance & Controls: Maintain baseline schedules, support risk-adjusted schedules, and ensure all schedules follow company programme control standards.
What Skills You Need
* Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
* Primavera P6 certification (preferred) or advanced user of MS Project.
* Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in construction scheduling for utility-scale renewable energy projects, preferably solar.
* Proven experience in FIDIC contracts or similar EPC environments.
* Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
* Understanding of resource loading, cash flow forecasting, and cost control principles.
* Familiarity with claims preparation, delay analysis, and project controls reporting.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
