General Manager – Murphy’s Bar, Galway
Murphy’s Bar in Galway is looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our team and oversee the day‑to‑day running of a busy, customer‑focused bar.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in hospitality management, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will be responsible for staff management, daily operations, stock control, and maintaining high standards across the bar.
We’re looking for someone who is hands‑on, organised, and passionate about great service.
Great package of up to €60,000 plus opportunities available.
Flexible 9 Day Fortnight Roster
This role may suit an experienced senior bar tender looking to take the next steps in their career into bar management.
