OverviewMake a meaningful difference to employee health and wellbeing.We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to lead on-site health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives and help foster a supportive, resilient workplace culture.This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact, work autonomously, and champion health and wellbeing at site level.The RoleDeliver site inductions and health & safety briefingsManage the on-site Health & Wellbeing Cabin as a confidential support spaceConduct health surveillance (BP, BMI, blood sugar) in line with HSA guidelinesProvide mental health support and act as MHFA LeadLead wellbeing campaigns, events, and site communicationsSupport return-to-work and rehabilitation plansProvide clinical guidance to medics and first aidersMaintain confidential health records in line with GDPR and HSA requirementsCollaborate with EHS teams, trade partners, and external wellbeing servicesRequirementsRegistered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMBI registrationMinimum 2 years’ experience in occupational health (Industrial experience an advantage)Strong clinical judgement, communication, and leadership skillsPassionate about mental health, wellbeing, and safe work environmentsApply now or contact us for a confidential discussion.
