Commercial Growth Manager
We are seeking a highly driven and sales-oriented Commercial Growth Manager to spearhead our business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
* Develop the overall sales strategy for the team, driving revenue growth through market insights and customer engagement.
* Develop and implement branding and sales strategies for the property, aligning with business objectives.
* Identify and develop new markets in line with the hotel's sales strategy, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Provide guidance to the team on sales techniques and monitor individual performance metrics.
* Collaborate closely with Senior Management to optimize hotel bookings and availability, ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
* Participate in Revenue meetings and prepare department budgets, ensuring financial prudence and alignment with business goals.
* Develop and execute strategic plans for the department, focusing on sales targets and revenue growth.
* Build lasting relationships with key accounts, driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Monitor account production and implement strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, leveraging data-driven insights.
* Ensure accurate recording of sales reports and data, providing actionable intelligence for informed decision-making.
* Oversee public marketing activities, developing advertising strategies that resonate with target audiences.
* Manage and produce marketing materials, including social media content that enhances brand visibility and engagement.
