A Fit-Out Contractor company based in Dublin wishes to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor. Based in Northern Ireland full-time, our client is a well-known contractor with that is involved in Commercial, Retail & Leisure Projects. Travel will be required to site one/ two days per week, responsibilities include: Accurately forecasting and cost planning within development projects Managing project activities including scheduling and take-offs. Prepare subcontract tender packages, evaluations & comparisons Managing subcontractor and supplier relationships. Organised, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines Monitor contract costs against agreed budgets - company financial reporting. Identify potential risks and evaluate options for control. Guide and advise staff on contractual issues Guide and develop site staff, identifying training where necessary Essential Criteria: A minimum of 3-4 years' Quantity Surveying experience Degree/ HND in Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management Commercially astute Generous Salary & Remuneration will be tailored to the successful Quantity Surveyor.
