We are seeking a flexible and proactive Administrator to join our Head Office team in Mullingar. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting project activities. You will provide administrative and marketing support across the business, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage subcontractor documentation, ensuring up-to-date insurance, H&S forms and compliance records.Supporting the day-to-day office operations such as general administrative duties answering phones, managing correspondence, printing, scanning, filing, and maintaining office supplies and other adhoc duties.Serve as the internal contact for Procore (construction management software) supporting staff with queries and coordinating with IT support or external providers as needed.Assist in the organisation of company events, including planning, logistics, and on-the-day support.Assist with creating engaging content for social media and contribute creative input to internal and external communications.Support in preparing high-quality presentations and bid documentsAssist with maintaining the bid library by updating CVs, staff profiles, and project data sheets to ensure all information is accurate and current.This list is not exhaustive; the role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other tasks as they arise.You will needAt least two years' experience in an office administration or similar support role.A degree in a relevant discipline is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, (InDesign and Creative Cloud experience is an advantage).Ability to work independently, show initiative, and solve problems creatively.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.Experience in creating content for social media for business purposes.Creative flair, particularly in the creation of documents, presentations, and digital content.Flexible and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.Contract TypePermanent, full-time, office-based roleBennett Construction is an equal opportunities employer.Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
