ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the CCH Brands Marketing Manager will deliver profitable growth for CCHBC brands (Deep RiverRock, Fruice and Tanora) on the Island of Ireland by ensuring our brand strategy and activity delivers against consumer, shopper, and customer needs. You will build a sustainable competitive advantage for our brands in the market- place and exploit every opportunity, managing different segments of the market to maximise the portfolio sales opportunity. You will implement the brand strategy by ensuring high levels of cross-functional collaboration. You will leverage consumer insights to create strategies for the brand portfolio.
You will build a high performing team to deliver excellence in brand execution in a way that creates value for our customers and ensures that we continue to win in the marketplace.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Lead the Brand BP process. Influence to gain approval for Plan and programmes (Senior Management Team but also CCH Group). Develop all elements of the marketing mix to maximise opportunities. Provide direction for day to day operational management of plans.
* Build brand activity plans in line with the annual plan – delivering on KBI's and customer needs
* Influence and communicate across all parts of the organisation to get buy in and flawless execution of our plans.
* Manage and lead the brand portfolio through monthly meetings, routines and cross functional mobilisation.
* Manage agencies in the creation of consumer and shopper programmes and brand activity.
* Track and measure KBIs and market data / trends to ensure CCH Brands are sustainable in the marketplace and we are maximising return on our investment for each project and activity.
* Understand consumer needs and purchase decision, using insights to drive brand plans across the business in a way that will engage our customers & allow for excellence in our execution in store.
* Build the innovation pipeline for the CCH portfolio and develop new products to ensure we are competing effectively in all segments
* Develop the relationship with CCH Group Portfolio Teams
* Deliver the brands P&L's to EBIT and deliver targets for Transactions, revenue, volume and GP
* Achieve brand market share objectives
* Manage DME budgets to generate maximum return
* Provide strong leadership and build capability of the CCH Brand Portfolio marketing team through excellent communication, coaching and performance management
* Continue to work on self-development through ownership of your IDP, following business trends and improving knowledge
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of 7+ years' experience in FMCG marketing roles with a successful performance record
* Full knowledge of media sources and media planning
* Ability to demonstrate application of strategic brand marketing principles in a commercial environment e.g brand positioning
* Experience of launching new categories, products & packaging
* Experience in developing IMC's
* Ability to translate insight into action, with experience using AC Nielsen, Kantar, Dunhummy, Talysis
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in organisation
* Experience in developing multi-year strategic plans
* Excellent planning, process and time management skills
* Ability to lead a team, promoting succession planning and people development plans
* Be obsessively curious to understand the needs of the customer, shopper and consumer
* Output driven, tenacious and resilient, can do attitude with a desire to make things happen, entrepreneurial and self motivating
* Full, unrestricted driving licence

* Educational qualification to third level in a business-related discipline
* Experience and proven track record of leading cross functional projects that affect the entire organisation
