 
        We are looking for a PPM Scheduler to join Apleona team in Dublin areaWorking pattern: Monday to Friday from 08:00-17:00Main duties and responsibilitiesManagement of the M&E PPM schedule in accordance with each clients agreed SLA and estimated hours from the contract.Provide on site training to Apleona employeesMaintaining data base of client asset listsCoordination and scheduling of planned, reactive & quoted work tasks for the mobile team and specialist contractorsClosing off jobs for Technicians and sub-contractorsRaising purchase orders to suppliers & sub-contractors for reactive works and updating costs on completion of works.Reception duties and general administration workWorking with SSC colleagues and other departmentsFollow up and reconciliation of all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding worksAny other ad hoc duties assigned by your line managerRequirementsExperience working in a fast paced Service Desk role environment is desirableKnowledge of Facilities administration would be a distinct advantageExcellent pc skills and proficiency in Word and Excel is essentialAwareness of good health and safety practiceGood interpersonal and strong communication skillsFull clean driving license as occasional Nationwide travel is required for this roleIND1
